I highly recommend Victoria. She helped us sell our home of 22 years. Prior to listing, she toured the home and shared small improvements we could make that would make our home more marketable. Victoria knows her stuff because we listed the house on Valentines Day and had multiple offers by the end of the weekend. Once we had an accepted offer, Victoria continued to be with us each step of the way culminating with our curb style closing at the lawyers office. Victoria is extremely knowledgeable and understands the real estate market. She understands how to price real estate. She is well connected to home service providers. I cant imagine selling our home with anyone else.
