I would highly recommend Vicki! Vicki and her team are very professional, polite, and are real go getters. We listed our house at the end of October and were completely moved out by the beginning of March. Vicki kept us informed of everything that was happening all along the way. The whole experience was seamless. Moving is stressful but Vicki and her team took care of everything for us. All I had to do was pack. If you want to sell your house quickly and maintain your sanity and stress level let Vicki sell your home. You wont regret it. Shes the best!

ReviewI was referred to Rodney by my previous real estate agent, and she made a great recommendation! Rodney 1000% anticipated all our needs and helped us navigate through unknown territory with ease. His knowledge and expertise really made us feel great with our decisions along the way. He was basically available 24/7 to us and knowing we could rely on him for really anything was great to have when undergoing the stress of home buying. We have a young son (1.5) who had to tag along with us for most of our showings and Rodney made him feel welcome and even included in the search! He was wonderful with him! I will, and already have recommended friends/family to Rodney's services and will continue to do so.

Review Vickie was an invaluable resource in helping us get our house sold quickly, above asking price and terms in our favor. She has the trifecta: knowledge of the area and skills to communicate home value to other agents; large network to help sellers get the home ready, and a calm, steady manner that helped us see it was possible to easily get the home ready for sale. We could not have moved as quickly as we did to list the house if it were not for Vickies guidance. We were overwhelmed with the thought of selling the house and what was needed to aEURoebe readyaEUR?, but with Vickies experience and guidance, she showed how simple it could be aEUR" and it was. I HIGHLY recommend Vickie and her team to work with you either as a seller or buyer. Vickies a good negotiator and her aEURoecan doaEUR? attitude to figure out how to make the sale happen is what either a buyer or seller needs. The icing on the cake is Vickie is a super nice person. Vickies a keeper!

Review Vickie was great to work with. You knew she would do her best for you and that you could count on her to resolve whatever challenges arose in the sales process. she would go that extra mile to get things done. There were many times that after speaking with her, I felt much calmer & more confident about the steps we were taking and the outcome of the sale. If you're looking for a knowledgable, organized, trustworthy, professional realtor with a great backroom team, Vickie is the one for you!Thank you Vickie for the greatest property sales experience of my lifetime.

Review I rated local knowledge and process high because Vickie set the sale price at a competitive level for the area. The house sold within four hours. Responsiveness was good although it was generally through her office staff and I would have liked to have prior knowledge of some of the home inspections. The only negotiation concerned an inspection issue in which Vickie recommended offering the buyer a credit which they accepted. I recommend Vickie Clark Jennings for real estate needs in the Stafford VA area.

Review I am totally impressed with Vickie and her team. This was the easiest sale we have ever experienced. Our house was sold quickly and for far more than we ever expected. Vickie clearly has an exceptional view of the market and needless to say, an outstanding negotiator. What we thought may be big problems were handled masterfully, really turning what can often be a stressful process to an oddly enjoyable one. We can't say enough about Vickie and her team....a big shout out to Lisa in particular. Vickie and her team are the people you want to sell or buy a house.....fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Review I knew Vickie Clark Jennings had a stellar reputation as a realtor, therefore she was the obvious choice for our family when we needed to sell our home due to an unexpected out of state job move. Vickie's excellent understanding of local sales trends, and the all important house staging prior to listing were leveraged into extensive marketing of the home. The home sold faster than other homes on the street, previously; I am certain as a result of Vickie Clark Jennings' extensive marketing knowledge and experience selling homes.Vickie Clark Jennings' professional real estate expertise and personal, honest approach to home selling, made what is ordinarily a stressful time; less so.Five stars all around. Highly recommend.

Review Vickie was friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable and patient. I had a lot of questions and was not thrilled with people coming and going through my home while I was still living there. We were able to work out a firm timeline which made the process less stressful. The house sold within a couple days. The pictures that she had taken were beautiful and I was lucky enough to meet the buyers. Who I adored. I would highly recommend Vickie to anyone.

After a lengthy, unsuccessful run with another realtor, Vickie found us. I say she found us, because although we knew we needed to make a realtor change we weren't looking...yet. Vickie had her eye on the market and knew that our house had sat for far too long for the current housing climate. She knew exactly what changes needed to be made to get our home sold. After 6 long months and only 3 showings with our previous realtor, Vickie had our home under contract in just 13 days! I have recommended her to all of my friends and family and they have had the same success that we had. Vickie is knowledgeable, personable and truly the best at her profession.

Review Vickie was wonderful to work with to buy our first and then 10+ years later we called her again to help us buy our 2nd home and sell our 1st. All of the transactions went smoothly and she explained everything to us clearly. She knows the local market well and we felt confident in taking her advice during the process. On another note, Vickie is fun to work with and makes the house search fun and was never frustrated with us for wanting to go see another house.
