My family and I moved to this area over 22 years ago from New England. Lake Monticello is where I have raised my kids. I am a Mom, Wife, Broker and Owner of Monticello Country, Realtors and a volunteer in the community. I specialize in waterfront properties, new construction, relocation, foreclosure, short sale and resale properties. Our office is located next to the main gate of Lake Monticello. We are located just 20 minutes east of Charlottesville, VA. in beautiful Fluvanna County. My firm was voted #1 Real Estate Company & #1 Agent in Fluvanna County for the past 12 years. I was named Chamber Business Person of the Year in 2013. I was honored by the Charlottesville Association of Realtors in 2017 for the "Good Neighbor Award" for volunteer work in the community.

Vicki helped us to find and buy a house at Lake Monticello. She quickly understood our needs, communicated well, and was very organized and helpful throughout the whole process. It was a pleasure to work with Vicki. We particularly liked that she did not try to pressure us into buying, even though we looked at many houses over a period of time. Her knowledge of the area as a Palmyra resident was very valuable. On several occasions she actually pointed to some issues with potential houses, which helped us avoid possible mistakes. Vicki listed for more then I thought we could get and she got a contract in 72 hours. Not only that she coordinated and gave names of subcontractors that fixed the house up for sale. She was even working on house herself !!! THE BEST PERIOD.
