Her support, expertise of the entire process (not just the housing market), and business savvy gave us the peace of mind throughout our buying experience. We were not your typical buyer, but Vicki knew exactly what to do and expedited our requests effectively and efficiently. Some of the other representatives from the various organizations left us uncertain of the information they provided because it sounded like they had a script to follow, or were not allowed to advise or have a conversation outside of their lanes, or aggressively pursued us to over promise and ghosted us when they underdelivered. Vicki on the other hand showed us she cared (we felt like we were her top priority), that she had our best interest in mind, and respected our time by giving timely and direct feedback even if it was bad news or our outside of normal business hours. We definitely felt comfortable and confident as we took risks buying a house virtually, across the country, and in this market. I would recommend Vicki for any buyer looking for the full treatment.

ZillowVERIFIEDWe were strangers in a strange land in Camas, WA until we met Vicki. We were cruising our motorhome in an area we liked, but where we knew no one, looking at houses from the outside. We met Vicki as we were looking in her neighborhood, and she offered to help - and help she did. She understood what we were looking for, and our price range, and brought us to home after home meeting our master-on-main requirement. After our first offer fell through, she missed a flight to show and sell us a different home. She recommended some loan originators, acted as our local go-between after we had to return to our home State, and picked up our keys at the closing. She exerted no sales pressure, was always immediately responsive, and became a friend in the process. We can?t speak highly enough about her.

I think she must never sleep because no matter what time I text or email her, she responds immediately. When she sold our house she explained how she came up with the number and also explained why it wasnt higher and why it wasnt lower. We felt very comfortable that it was priced exactly right, which turned out to be true because it sold in the first weekend we listed. In looking for our next home she has been available anytime we asked to see a home, and of course with prompt responses to inquiries we have had.
