ZillowVERIFIED I dont post much by this is my home buying experience, after trying to find a new home with two different realtor agencies I found the PickiVicki team. The agents for these agencies were not a good match for my husband an extrovert hard charging Marine who knows how to get what he wants. When we meet Vicki Rickett she was preparing to go on vacation. Vicki delayed he plans to come out and show a possible client a home. Vicki is the team leader, but all leaders must have capable team members, the next day Vicki went on vacation and put us in very capable hands of Tabitha Zara. The first day we meet Tabitha we contracted on a house but we were out bided for that house. A few days later Tabitha put in an 8-hour day showing me ever house I picked from various websites. After losing out on a second house we were able to buy a home. This team had to manage the emotion of a family in times of lost and that is when you find out who you working with. If you want industry knowledge, integrity and a we can win sprint then the PickiVicki team is who you want.

ZillowVERIFIED She never leaves you hanging, if she miss your call she always gets back to you immediately within minutes. Vickie was so supportive throughout the whole process, whenever I or my wife needed to know about the purchase if she didn't know she would say I don't know, but I will find out for you. She would always get back to us with the answer. Vickie started out with a can do attitude and finished with the same attitude, are you please with the transaction, what would you like to see happen that would be more pleasing to you? She always wants to know if we were comfortable with any of the transaction and would go out of her way to make sure my wife and I were informed and understood everything.

ZillowVERIFIED Vicki made the entire process of selling my home so worry free. I felt I was in good hands throughout the time that I started with her and even after the closing. She gave me great advice on how to get my house ready for sale, and helped me follow through with the preparation, negotiation and close. She is a truly professional realtor and I was glad to pay her the commission. She more than earned it. To all the people who have a house sitting on the market because they are trying to save money by doing "sale by owner," Vicki will make sure you get your home sold. My house was move in ready, and it closed in 28 days from going on the market.

ZillowVERIFIED When I initially contacted Vicki to list my house for sale, I was in a period of economic uncertainty. I owed far more on my mortgage than my house was worth. I realized a short sale was the only option for me if I wanted to move. When I called Vicki for the first time, she made herself available to come to my house that same afternoon for an initial consultation. Her demeanor was pleasant and it was reassuring to hear that she was experienced in dealing with such matters. After Vicki left, I immediately felt better knowing that I had retained some professional assistance.Vicki did a great job of keeping me updated with the status of my short sale application and worked quickly to expedite my paperwork. Vicki always was always available via text messaging and telephone. Her demeanor was always receptive and relaxed. My initial impression of Vicki certainly held true when she sold my house within five months of the initial listing date! Considering how long banks take to process applications, I think that is outstanding! Not to mention that I did not have to pay any money for house repairs or closing costs. I am very fortunate to have found Vicki at the particular time I needed assistance. Now that I have sold my home, I can move on to my next venture with a clear mind. I would strongly recommend Vickis services to anybody who is in need of a realtor. I will definitely call her again if I require her services in the future. Please give her a try, you will not be disappointed!

ZillowVERIFIED Mrs. Rickett is a great real estate agent that I highly recommend to anyone! She was always available to speak with me about any inquiry pertaining to the home I bought. I was pleasantly surprised with how well the home-buying process went, mainly because of her help. I think alot of the reason for this, is because of Mrs. Rickett's experience as a realtor. I will be forever indebted to her for the hard-work she put in for me Thanks again Mrs. Rickett

ZillowVERIFIED Once again, we were thouroughly impressed with Vicki! We purchased a home with her help the first time almost 2 years ago. She helped us negotiate a great deal with the bank on the foreclosured home we were buying. Then, we put it back on the market a year and a half later because we were moving across the country; and we had a full price contract on it within a couple of weeks. We were at closing before the house had been under contract a month! From start to finish she made the process painless and actively marketed our home.
