Vicki knows the real estate market in our area very well. Our contract was complicated as it involved the sale of our home and contingent purchase of a new home built in a newly created plat. Not only did she advise us (buyers) but also the sellers which were new to the new constructions process. Vicki was instrumental in staging our for sale home properly to present the property in the best light and provided guidance through entire process with patience and professionalism. Our home sold fast and for a good price. On the buying side, the purchase included a rental agreement that had to be extended longer than expected and she helped us negotiate a good deal with sellers. If you want to present your home in the best possible light to sell quickly or if you have a non-standard deal I would highly recommend her for your transaction.
