ReviewI cannot say enough great things about Vic Markarian and Natalie Cerpa. Their patience and professionalism throughout this whole process for me and my family was absolutely fantastic. We ultimately did not use them due to my family wanting different realtors, but despite all of that they were the most professional kind and understanding realtors of everyone i interviewed and spoke with. They gave me fantastic advice, were very knowledgeable about the market, had good things to say about our property, and explained in detail how they were better than the competition through use of their employees and their network of contacts. Please do yourself a favor and use Markarian realty as your realtor you will not regret how great this company is.

Review If you want an excellent realtor, Vic Markarian is the one. He sold my Glendale property in less than a week, multiple offers all cash no contingency and short escrow. We had all positive Real Estate experience with Vic. He guided us with our agent in a different state on our purchase. He was in constant communication with us and other agent. Several years ago, Markarian Realty helped us purchase our property in Glendale. So when we decided to sell, we called Vic Markarian. If you want to sell or buy a property in Glendale, call Vic Markarian. Thank you so much Vic. Best and most knowledgable realtor!

Review Thank you Vic Markarian For all your help and time. Impeccable service. Vic is always available, he is a very knowledgable realtor with 35 years of experience. He helped us purchase a commercial property by beating about 5 other offers. We bought the property as is, but Vic was able to negotiate $50k price reduction. We started with our own lender and end up closing with Vics lender because of better pricing and terms. Vic is not only a great realtor he is a brother in Lord. If you looking to sell or buy a property in Glendale or surrounding areas, Vic will deliver you the best results. Blessings!

Review When we decided it was time to make a move, we were looking for exchanging our townhouse with a single family residence with more space and a neighborhood that better fit our needs. Finding the right realtor was essentialaEUR"we needed someone knowledgeable, communicative, and genuinely invested in helping us reach our goals. We chose Vic Markarian for his years of experience and his long standing reputation. Not only did Vic guide us through every step of the buying and selling process, but he also made our 1031 exchange smooth and stress-free. It was something we had been nervous about for months but with Vics expertise and attention to detail, it all was handled seamlessly. What we valued most was the constant communication, honest advice, and calm confidence throughout the journey. We felt fully supported at every turn and never rushed or pressuredaEUR"just well-informed and taken care of. If youre thinking of buying or selling, especially if youre dealing with something as complex and time sensitive as a 1031 exchange, my advise is simple: work with someone who truly knows what theyre doing and has your best interests at heart. He made us feel like we were their top priority at every stage, and that level of care and dedication is exactly what you want during such an important transition. Review Upon meeting Paul Alemann, I knew Id met the realtor who would find my forever home. I was searching for a home, during a limited market, in the neighborhood of my choice. Paul and I, communicated regularly, via email, text, and in person, he was always positive and addressed all of my concerns. I decided on a home that had been repossessed by a bank, Paul explained all the steps, advising me on what kind of offer to make, and navigating the process of REO seller and their agent. Following his advice led to a successful outcome, we closed the sale with a $50,000 seller credit. Paul Alemann, of Markarian Realty, was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Review After our mother died, my brother and I searched online for a real estate broker before finding Vic Markarian who had high ratings. We spoke with Vic by phone and he responded quickly to meet in person with my brother (I am out of state). We both liked and trusted Vic. After signing an agreement with Vic, our mothers home sold and closed exactly one month later. Vic was always available to answer our questions and connected us to escrow and title companies. We had 14 offers in about a week, sold all cash over asking, as is, 10 days escrow with free rent back for about a month. If we had another home to sell, we would certainly use Vic again.

Review We knew many real estate agents, and we are happy we have chosen Vic Markarian as our realtor. We trusted Vic Markarian, he was aways available, not pushy and full of real esate experience. Vic found us a home in Burbank. We looked homes with VicA in Sun Valley, but he recommended Burbank, a better city. The home had many offers, and we had limited budget, In order for our deal to get accepted, Vic discounted his compensation and asked the seller's agent to do the same, and our offer got accepted. Real estate transaction are very stressful, and Vic made it kind of easy for us. We will definitely refer our friends,A relatives or co-worker to Vic.

Review We recently had to sell my Moms property, and finding the right realtor was crucial for us during this difficult time. After extensive research online, we came across Vic Markarian on Zillow, where he had hundreds of 5-star reviews. We spoke with a few agents, but ultimately, we decided to go with Vic, and it turned out to be the best decision we made. From the very beginning, Vic impressed us with his professionalism and dedication. Even before we officially started the process, Vic was always available to answer our questions. He connected us with escrow and title companies to help explain our family trust and the entire process, which was incredibly helpful. We were initially hesitant to disclose the address of the property we wanted to sell, but after a few conversations with Vic, we felt a sense of trust and confidence in his abilities. Vics expertise and guidance were evident throughout the entire process. In about a week, we received 14 offers and sold the property all cash, over asking price, as-is, with a 10-day escrow and a free rent back for about a month. Vic was there for us every step of the way, providing invaluable guidance during the escrow process. His availability and support made everything much smoother and less stressful. If we ever have another home to sell, we will definitely use Vic Markarians services again. We highly recommend Vic to anyone in need of a reliable, professional, and dedicated realtor. Thank you, Vic, for making this experience as positive as possible during a challenging time.

Review Paul Alemann and his Markarian Realty team were a great find! They truly pulled off a miracle with finding and closing a beautiful Pasadena home for our family. Paul advised us on what kind of offer to write and we beat out multiple offers on the table. In escrow we had issues but Paul was masterful on how he kept the seller and their agent on track at all times and we closed the deal with a seller credit! He also helped find a good home inspector and someone to remove a safe from the garage when the seller said her people couldn't do it until after close of escrow. Paul was a diligent, honest and hard-working agent. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Review Martin Alvandi with Markarian Realty has been helping us for a while to find a good investment property in a good location with a reasonable amount of work therefore we could make it ready for rent as soon as the escrow is closed. He spent a good amount of time collecting and researching properties that worth to see, answering to our all questions during the process and connecting us with a great lender with competitive interest rates. He concluded our journey with submitting the strongest possible offer in a multiple offer situation that pushed our offer to get accepted not because of being the highest but because of being the strongest offer. We highly recommend Martin Alvandi because he delivers value, performance and result.

Review Vic Markarian just handed us the keys to our lovely move-in ready Porter Ranch Home! We have been on a crazy home search to finally get our dream home. We initially worked with an agent who was not aggressive enough and nowhere near as connected and knowledgable as Vic Markarian was. Once we switched to Vic it was like day and night. The previous agents were not looking for homes, I was doing their jobs. Vic was really looking homes for me every day, he was on top of everything and great communication. He send me a home, we looked at it on Sundays open house, and Vic wrote an offer same day. We were the first offer out out 8 offers, he negotiated with the sellers and got our offer accepted on Wednesday. Vic guided us on price and terms and we saved over $50k. During escrow, Vic got us a credit of $5k due to inspection. If you want your chances to increase, your offer gets accepted, Vic knows how, he makes things happen when no one else can. Thank you very much! If you are looking for one of a kind realtor in the Porter Ranch, Northridge Granada Hills, Valley and Glendale areas no better broker with 34 years of experience than Vic!

Review I live out of the country and needed an agent that could help my daughter find the perfect home for her and for me. It is extremely hard to find an agent you can trust in the LA market. I have heard of many horror stories especially as an out of country buyer. I was so blessed to have found Jacob with Markarian Realty. He connected me with multiple lenders to help me figure out what works best for me, and I was able to make informed decision on what I was to do. He was never pushy, and I always knew I can trust his advice and word. He really cared for us like his own family. We just closed on the perfect Valley Village home all thanks to Jacob. Review If youve been looking for a professional, kind, knowledgeable agent that is willing to go the extra mile for her clients, then look no further - Alice is hands down the best agent weve ever worked with. Our house hunting journey started 2.5 years ago, and we had worked with four other agents and written on close to 30 homes. In the end we were ready to through in the towel and call it quits. And then came along Alice! We saw a total of four properties, (all of which Alice was able to meet us at, and was able to organise private showings), made an offer on two and were finally accepted on one that is in our dream location. Alice was able to negotiate with the listing agent despite it being listed outside our budget - and she SUCCEEDED in closing the deal within budget!!As for the escrow, Alice was a true professional and made this so easy. She was open and communicative, would answer our questions very quickly and if she didnt know the answer, would seek out the correct answer from a professional in the field. She also kindly reminded us when we were coming up to deadlines and what remaining documents needed to be signed - which was a godsend given the quantity! There truly arent enough words to express how grateful we are to Alice and the team at Makarian real estate.Run, dont walk if youre looking to find an agent that can find you the home of your dreams!

Review Leticia Colon took my grandmothers listing during a difficult time of her life, my grandmother had just lost my grandfather and we had tenants living in our property and they left a huge mess and she helped so much with arranging clean up because she had the connections and did a great job and sold the property in time. She also met with the appraiser because it was a unique property and showed the appraiser the comparables and it came in at the right value. Our family really appreciates her.

My wife and I were blown away at his wealth of real estate knowledge and professionalism. Quickly we realized he would be our realtor, and we are so glad we chose him. He stuck with us with countless showings and offers and he was oh so patient. Jacob Mkhitarian with Markarian Realty is really the best agent ever! My friends have told us so many horror stories about their personal experiences with realtors they have dealt with, and we were so lucky to have him by our side. He got us a single-family home in the highly competitive La Crescenta market for under $1 million, which is nearly impossible in the current market. While in escrow, he even saved us thousands of dollars. If you want a house in Glendale, La Crescenta, or Granada Hills, the easy choice is to call him!

Review Vic Markarian and Vahe Saginian at Markarian Realty made selling my condo unbelievably simple and stress free. I met Vic about two years ago when I was considering selling but in the end, I decided to wait. At that time he introduced me to several realtors on his team and explained how their process differs from others and it became perfectly obvious they were experts in this field. The decades of experience these gentleman possess made all the difference. When I decided it was finally time to sell, they were my first and only call. Vahe was on it immediately and was unrelenting in his pursuit in finding the perfect buyer. Day after day he went above and beyond my already elevated expectations. It was clear I had chosen correctly as we had several offers far above asking price well before it even hit the market. Both he and Vic were flexible and accommodating with my horrendous schedule and when multitudes of questions arose, communication was clear, frequent, and most important...honest. Unwavering professionalism, ethics, and efficiency throughout the entire process is the best way I can describe my experience with Vahe and Vic. If you are considering buying, selling...or both, do not hesitate for another minute aEUR" call Markarian Realty, ask for Vahe and I swear, you will thank me for it.
