ZillowVERIFIEDVanessa helped me and my mother purchase a house in 2020 and last year 2024. I wanted to type a long review but ill keep it short and straight to the point. During the closing of my house Vanessa became very shady with her tactics to ensure the sell. Would recommend ideas to leave me with a morgage that was over 1k from the original closing. The closer it got to closing I would catch her in multiple lies and even scare tactics about me loosing my ernest trust fund to make sure I did everything in my power to make the sale close. She absolutely did not have my best interest and was worried of her commission cut only. She even advised me to pay off my mother's house loan to be approved on my loan since I co-signed on the purchase of her house. Don't trust Vanessa, Yasmin from chase bank, or any house inspectors she recommends. The inspectors she recommended was wrong about multiple issues with the house. She is also good friends with Yasmin from chase which helped her come up with this ridiculous plans for closing that were not in my best interest. Id look else where for a realtor never again hiring her or recommending her to anyone.
