ZillowVERIFIEDI listed my home with Think Frink when the market was booming, I decided to go with Val Frink because she seemed aggressive and eager to sell my home. She had convinced me to list it for $279,000 which sounded great to me even though I was given 2 other estimates quoting me $240 and $242, I do realize that it is not all her fault however what she had told me is we needed to get the house on the market with a good solid price to have it sell quickly. My house had a couple offers which they both backed out of for what ever reason. I dropped my price several times in 5 mo period to get my house to sell the final price was $240 which was below Zillow market to try to sell which I did get a buyer. Had I listed it at a lower price in the beginning as the other agents recommended I feel my house wouldn't have taken 5 mo to sell, draining my savings account to make the house payments. So I wasn't real happy with the whole process and very glad it is all over.

We had moved to Kitsap County and they went to extremes to help us with problems that came up, and helping us with contractors to quickly and effectively remedy situations. They have a great knowledge and experience with local contractors. They lived in the neighborhood which was a real asset, as we no longer did. We were very pleased with their performance.
