Long distance hunting was challenging but Valerie and her ability to think and work outside of the box was a great help! ZillowVERIFIED Valerie has the patience of Job, and the bite of a Lion. We were looking to move from an apartment into a rental home. She found us just what we wanted. After our circumstances expired we could now look for a home to buy. We had Valerie maxed out. we looked at over 5 houses a day for 6 months, the reason it took so long, we were very picky. We knew what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend. We finally found the right house, We found it at 9pm, we worked out a time to see it at 11pm that day. We seen it at 11 am the next day, made a "special offer" that night at 8:30pm. She hand delivered the offer and "the special story" of why we needed this home. We got our offer accepted thanks to her hard work and efforts. She led us through every phase from renting, to buying. She just knows it all, and has the ability to relate to people very well.
