Brandy was excellent to work with! She is knowledgeable, very friendly and very good at communicating with us throughout the whole process. I liked that she really listened to my expectations and desires for selling our home. She not only listened, but went above to make sure she met those needs. She was also spot on with her professional instincts and it helped us as we were working through all the options. We enjoyed Brandy so much and I'd recommend her to any one!

We originally from out of state, moving to Georgia with no knowledge of the the area or what a subdivision was for that matter. Brandy was amazing. We had only two days to look at houses. We sent Brandy a list of houses both my husband and myself - she took a lot of time to put the house list together, calling to make appointments happen in just those two short days we had. She even added many other houses for us to look at and found a couple brand new listings, one that wound up being our first and best choice. Brandy listened to all of our likes and dislikes and helped talk us through those. Brandy was so friendly and kind through our whole process. I recommend Brandy to anyone looking for help, selling or buying a home. She really made our two days full of really good options and made us feel cared for and listened to. She even checks in with us now!

Answered Questions

What to do about a sick real estate agent?

The listing agent's primary role is to market your home effectivelyaEUR"coordinating professional photography, preparing marketing materials, managing online exposure, and ensuring all required documentation is ready for buyer agents. Once the property is listed, showings are typically scheduled and communicated through the agent. It's not uncommon for an agent to manage listings and communications even while temporarily away or recovering from illness. If your agent has maintained strong marketing efforts and you've been satisfied with her professionalism, it may be best to allow her time to recover. A short absence doesn't necessarily mean your home's marketing momentum has stalled, and consistency with a trusted agent can often yield the best long-term results.
