ZillowVERIFIED We met Tyler on a day trip to the Leavenworth area while doing a cursory look at some homes in 2018. We met several brokers that day but we knew that Tyler would be our guy going forward if we ever got serious about buying a place in the area. Aside from being knowledgeable and confident about real estate in the area, we really appreciated his easy to relate to communication style and upbeat attitude. We stayed in touch on a few properties here and there but found the place for us in April of 2020 just as the pandemic was getting going. We reached out to Tyler the day after the property hit the market and he arranged a showing for us that weekend. It was a listing that was accepting offers a week after it was initially listed. Turns out there were 16 offers including a handful of cash offers, which ours was not. Tylers great instincts and considerable knowledge of real estate transactions really were the deciding factor in us ending up with the one offer that the sellers chose to move forward with. We are so fortunate to randomly met Tyler those couple years prior as we are convinced we would not be enjoying our wonderful property had it not been for Tyler.

After a few years in our adorable cabin we bought, we fell in love with the Leavenworth area and decided to make Leavenworth our permanent home. Randy and Tyler couldn't have been more supportive of our new adventure. Since we lived in Seattle at the time it was quite challenging to see homes on our schedule. However, whenever we wanted to check out a home they would accommodate our needs. We soon fell in love with what we now call the farm, I believe Randy fell in love too. We had to sell our cabin and buy the farm all at the same time. They helped us through the entire process of selling and buying along with connecting us with a financial company. They made a very stressful time well worth it. I rarely write reviews however I would recommend Tyler and Randy with highest marks!

Just when things started to appear that we would have to save more pennies to afford land in a growing mountain town, we found a great parcel that fit our wants. Tyler guided us right through the jargon of the real estate world, he was prompt at answering our phone calls (sometimes way later then office hours, I do not recommend though its not polite to him) he was on top of emails, and if he didn't know the answer to something or needed clarification he consulted with his real estate guru father to make sure he was giving us the correct answer. We are happy on our piece of property and even more happy because the purchase what seems like a very daunting process was smoothed out by Tyler. I will encourage all of my friends to move to this nice little town and I will put all of them in contact with Tyler when it is time for them to buy!
