He provided plenty of material to help me be informed on what expect, such as material about different types of loans, what to considering when buying a home, as well as budgeting and financing. When we officially began the home buying process, he was very attentive whenever we visited different homes. He would make notes on features I liked and disliked and help me continue to find homes that match what I imagined within my budget. His communication skills are excellent and whenever I had questions he would respond promptly with the relevant information. He also had a wealth of contacts such as loaner, different contact for home inspection, repair and etc. Also he was present whenever I needed him to be such as at the home inspection and other various folks who needed to visit the home prior to purchase. Overall, I would highly recommend Tyler. He's the complete package from being very attentive and considerate to being an absolute wealth of resources. ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were first time home buyers. We had been working with Tyler during this crazy housing market for over a year. He was extremely patient with us and always made time for us when we wanted to see houses. He was flexible with our schedule and never pressured us into committing to something that wasnt quite right for us. We were out looking at homes when we stumbled upon an open house for what is now our current home! My husband and I immediately fell in love and Tyler was quick to start all the necessary paperwork and stayed on top of the Selling Agent and Escrow who were not very easy to work with. Throughout the buying process he was always a phone call/ text away. A huge perk of working with Tyler was that he had agreed to buy us out of our apartment lease when we found our home! He held true to that promise. When we did a final walkthrough of our property we noticed things in the home had not been properly cleaned, even though the previous owners had it professionally cleaned. Tyler was quick to bring in his own cleaners to make sure our home was to our standards when we moved in. We also noticed a lot of the window locks did not work throughout the house and the front gate did not close properly. Tyler arranged for a contractor to come out & fix the locks and gate. For every question we had, Tyler always had an answer and solution! It was a true pleasure working with Tyler. I would recommend him time and again! Thank you Tyler!!
