Tyler was great to work with. He led us through the purchase of a condo in Edmonds and the selling of our single family home in Lake Forest Park. When we interviewed different realtors we were looking for someone who was knowledgeable about the market in Edmonds. Tyler is very experienced in this area and was available for a lot of viewings as we researched what was becoming available on the market. Once we found the place we wanted to make an offer on, Tyler helped us put together an offer that secured the property before the property got too much exposure on the market. We used a bridge loan to leverage the equity in our LFP property and he made sure we stayed on top of all the requirements for that type of financing. This required a lot of ongoing communication that Tyler excelled in tracking and managing, all which helped manage our stress level. Selling our LFP property benefited from Tylers extensive list of vetted contractors who helped us take care of a number of repairs early in the whole process enabling us to stay on top of a tight schedule dictated by the bridge loan and encroaching end of year holidays. In a relatively slow buyers market, Tyler kept us aware of all interest in the property and negotiated extensively with some interested parties around issues brought to light by inspections. His years of experience helped us close on the deal and allowed us to stay in line with the bridge loan requirements. We are very happy with the service provided by Tyler and would recommend him to anyone who wants to work with someone with years of experience and the expertise necessary to navigate complexities that inevitably crop up.

Without a doubt, the most professional and knowledgeable team I have ever worked with...a long history of generational family involvement in real estate markets over many years. Stacie was a true pleasure to deal with throughout the listing of our old home and purchasing of the new. She made sure that everything was on track with lenders, appraisers, builders, etc. every step of the way. She even made sure she was there at time of signing, just to make sure there were no hiccups. When we listed our home with Team Ech, they marketed the home and did open houses, until there was an offer. Fortunately, their hard work landed an offer just a couple weeks after it was listed. When it came time to purchase our new home Team Ech showed us several listings. When we finally decided on buying new, she made sure we got the lot we wanted. By the time we moved in we had already gained several thousand dollars in equity. Stacie is very professional and her area knowledge is second to none.
