Hello! My name is Tyler. I am originally from Tampa Florida, and have resided in Asheville North Carolina for many years! I am a local real estate agent specializing in first time home buyers, people relocating from other areas, and short term rentals. I own and manage multiple vacation rentals (AirBNB, VRBO) here in Western North Carolina and love being a realtor! I serve a large area here in the mountains because I love driving around being able to see all the natural beauty our area has to offer.

I can not say enough about how helpful Tyler Coon and his team have been in helping me find my short-term / airbnb rental in the Asheville area. They know exactly what works for this market and will save you many hours researching properties. They curated listings in my sweet spot, and Tyler helped negotiate my deal, including getting a $6,500 concession from the sellers. But other realtors may do similar things. What differentiates this team is that they are there for you AFTER the sale and connect you with a large group of other area-based Airbnb owners, who can provide you with everything from handyman contacts to all sorts of other resources. Tyler and Grace and the entire Savvy team provide more of a full service support team, beyond flagging potential good investment properties. If its on their list, its worth checking out if fits your goals. This is my second property buying through them. I cant imagine a short term rental investor in WNC using any other realtor group.

Tyler is amazing and really understands STRs! This was one of the hardest closing I have ever done because of the lender. We had to renegotiate with the seller many times. Tyler was able to work his magic to keep the sellers calm and move forward with closing which I think most realtors would of not been able to keep the deal alive. He also has an amazing network that will be a big benefit to you!
