If its on their list, its worth checking out if fits your goals. This is my second property buying through them. I cant imagine a short term rental investor in WNC using any other realtor group.

ZillowVERIFIEDTyler is amazing and really understands STRs! This was one of the hardest closing I have ever done because of the lender. We had to renegotiate with the seller many times. Tyler was able to work his magic to keep the sellers calm and move forward with closing which I think most realtors would of not been able to keep the deal alive. He also has an amazing network that will be a big benefit to you!
