Karlee was amazing in assisting my family with our needs versus our wants. She went over all aspects of the whole transaction while getting information on the property. She was thorough in her search and had a few lines up quickly to look at. She was truthful in the whole process on submitting a bid and then working through the negotiating.

Patrick is amazing! He literally helped complete our purchase of our sweet home in Spokane Valley and the sale of our home on the west side that we sold to our neighbor. Patrick wrangled all of us to complete paperwork, sign forms and followed up with financial company that our buyer was using, even calling on Saturdays and Sundays. He stayed in touch with us through every process and we cant thank him enough. He is just the best at sales negotiation, communication and being a great human. He supported us, mentally and emotionally. It is a genuine blessing to have had him as our realtor.

I dont think I have ever had a worse real estate agent. In 100 plus days on the market , zero communication, zero feedback from tours, zero follow-up , zero explanation of market conditions, zero suggestions to lower price or make the property more attractive . Zero. There is no excuse for no communication in the real estate market . Patrick clearly said what I wanted to hear to get the listing then acted like houses sell themselves . Only on the day I fired him did he offer me some market stats.
