Carmen should be your agent. She is a straight shooter. She provided good counsel on getting an 80-year-old house ready to sell, sales price at the top of the neighborhood market and staging. Result? Trisha did a fabulous job representing me in this transaction! Her promptness and advice in showing me the home and sage advice on making an offer were important in securing the contract. She provided superb advice during the negotiation phase and she went above and beyond in keeping the sale on track after the sellers suddenly shifted from easy going and very cooperative to closed mouthed and attempting to cancel the sale. I am extremely grateful for her advice and support throughout the process and have great respect for the way she represented me and looked out for my interests.
