Carmen is absolutely amazing! She worked really hard to find the perfect house for me and my family, got me a fantastic deal and I could not be happier! She knows Fredericksburg and northern Virginia like the back of her hand. If youre looking for a realtor, youre in great hands with her.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Ashleigh who helped us find our beautiful first home. As first-time homebuyers, we had many questions and uncertainties, but she made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and easy to understand from beginning to end. Her professionalism, knowledge, patience, and dedication were evident every step of the way. She took the time to understand our needs, guided us through every stage of the home-buying journey, and always made herself available to answer our questions and provided valuable advice. What stood out most was her commitment to making sure we felt confident and comfortable throughout the process. Thanks to her expertise and hard work, we found a home that we truly love. We are incredibly grateful for all her support and highly recommend her to anyone, especially first-time homebuyers looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable realtor. Thank you for helping make our dream of homeownership a reality!

In Aug. 2026, My wife and I purchased a single-family home in Stafford, Virginia. Ashleigh was our agent, our advocate, and an absolute pleasure to have on our side. Her incredibly extensive knowledge and dedication made her an invaluable agent. She was incredibly understanding, helpful at every step, and incredibly patient. She was always available, showing us countless homes throughout the area. Her exceptional efforts truly made our dream home a reality. We began our journey from across the globe. Ashleigh went out of her way to accommodate us with a ridiculous time zone difference, for almost 6 months. Always stayed in close contact as we navigated the search online, asking questions that required a delicate touch to figure out. She conducted video walk throughs, showing new finds that meet our wants and interests, all while somehow remaining very responsive. Not only was Ashleigh nothing short of Amazing, but her entire team was also remarkable. They no doubt played a pivotal role in helping us securing our home. Their professionalism and genuine care are truly commendable. My wife and I wish we could give Ashleigh more than five stars. She was incredibly kind and understanding throughout the entire journey. Trust me when I say, I am sure that my wife and I gave her some tough situations. One very commendable area about Ashleigh was that she never pressured us into making decisions we werent comfortable with, but instead, she carefully guided us through every situation. We highly recommend her and her team without hesitation or reservation.
