It's like having a concierge service. This was an estate being sold after my mom passed away, but nobody in our family is local. When we needed some repairs, Tripp knew someone who does great work for a fair price. When we needed someone to check on the property after a storm, Tripp stepped up. When we needed to have someone let the Estate Sale people into the house, Tripp was there for us. Due the fact that this is an estate, Tripp had to communicate with several individuals, but he did an excellent job of keeping us all informed. I can't imagine anyone else doing a better job for us.
