Broker, Property Manager (31 years experience)

Specialties:Buyer's Agent,Listing Agent,Relocation,Foreclosure,Property Management
I'm a successful licensed broker and investor with over 20 years of experience in real estate: acquiring and managing numerous properties throughout Southeast Michigan. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Walsh College.
I'm also a member of the Real Estate Investor's Association of Oakland County, Women's Council of RealtorsA(R), L ocal Business Network, and Elite Real Estate Network (a nationwide mastermind group). A lifelong resident of the area, my unique approach to real estate has been featured in the local media and I'm frequently called on -- as a distressed property expert -- to comment about the foreclosure market for regional newspapers. I participate in numerous activities and organizations relating to real estate, speaking often to investors on the status of the market at meetings and clubs.

My primary goal, focus and interest is to provide a quality service -- advising and negotiating for your benefit - and not to sell how-to books and tapes.
My real estate career is successful after considerable investment in time, money, trial and error. I live this business and -- because of my investment and rehab experience, long before foreclosures and short sales took over the market during the downturn, have recognized when to shift between different market sectors.

When the distressed economy forced many out of their homes and into the rental market I expanded my property management business. I also continue to list and sell homes both for individuals and financial institutions. We are moving into the next shift of a leveled off market and will continue to advise clients of proper valuations, so they can make wise decisions.
