Then I ran across a Tricias listing sign and decided to take it a shot. I called her, explained my situation and, right at that moment, she become my agent. Always very responsive and attentive, she never refused to answer or dodged any of my questions (even the stupid ones). A few weeks later, she found the house that had everything we were looking for and we decided to make an offer. She worked very closely with us in making our offer stronger and, a month later, we were moving in! She provided advise and consultation even for things that were beyond her attributions. ZillowVERIFIED Tricia was our agent when we bought our first ever house and we couldn?t be happier with all her help. We found the house on Zillow, were immediately connected to her and she was able to schedule a showing on the same day. When we met her for the first time and all other times she always arrived on time and was very friendly and helpful with all our questions. We liked the house right away and wanted to put in an offer but weren?t preapproved. But that wasn?t a problem because Tricia also proceeded to connect us with a great loan officer that same day who was able to get us preapproved that same night. The offer was then submitted and accepted the next day. She helped and guided us carefully throughout the entire process and was always available to answer any questions. we had. She relayed any issues or questions we had for the sellers immediately so that any issues we had were able to get resolved quickly. We had a question 3 weeks after closing about one of the features of the house and even then she responded quickly and very willingly with the answer. She even gave us a card with a beautiful message on closing day. All in all we couldn?t be happier with our house and with Tricia and all her hard work and help.

ZillowVERIFIED Tricia deserves The Best Realtor award (if they make those.. if they don?t, they should!). My partner and I are first time homebuyers. We worked with a few other realtors before we met her. She was by far the best! She did what the other few couldn?t... she helped us find our perfect home, and an awesome deal! Tricia is honest, genuine, and a hard worker. Most importantly, she is patient (which is so important when working with first time homebuyers). And even more importantly, she made us feel like we were her priority. With Covid around, I personally did not feel safe looking at houses especially if there was an open house. So, she always made sure everyone was following Covid safety protocols. Tricia always worked hard to get us viewings before anyone else got in (specifically because I?m high risk). She?s a doll! She is super responsive, even to this day (settled in and happy). Her professionalism is astounding! Plus, she?s kind and sweeter than a Georgia peach. When we met with Tricia, she walked us through the process, provided us a timeline of how to get our house ready for Market, and kept us on schedule so we could be ready to show our house. Tricia also helped us determine how much to list our house. She has extensive knowledge of our area, and made sure that it was perfectly listed to attract as many buyers as possible. Once our house was listed on the market, we had two days of open house we had multiple, written, above asking offers. What made Tricia stand out was that all of what she did for us took place right before the pandemic took place and stay-at-home orders were issued.
