From communication, knowledge, patience and commitment, I would never work with another group. From the very beginning, Trey set the expectations when we selling a larger home in a luxury community. He kept in constant contact with leads and advice on pricing, and worked with us and the buyer's agent far beyond expectations to finally get a deal closed. And the agents who helped us buy our new home, Sam and Issac, are superstars! We looked at easily 20+ homes, made multiple offers, and had to work through some sticky details just days before closing. Again, their commitment and communication were excellent. We truly have friends at The Bell Team.

ZillowVERIFIED This was our first experience with a Real Estate Company since 1973. We have purchased several other properties since then but they were aEUR~for sale by owner and cash deals. After my first meeting with the Bell Team, Trey Bell and Ali Hatley, I had a good feeling about working with them. Their package of information was extremely helpful. Prior to the first meeting, my wife and I had done extensive internet searches and drove through over 150 subdivisions. In fact I found the house we purchased prior to meeting with the Bell Team. Ali Hatley, working as our buyers agent was extremely helpful and prompt to respond to any questions. The entire process went very smoothly with no delays. We closed on the first scheduled date and took possession at closing. We would definitely recommend the Bell Team to others.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were helping my mother-in-law sell her home outside Atlanta and used another realtor (with no success) prior to being referred to Trey Bell with Keller Williams Lanier Partners. Living out-of-state was an issue for us and we were concerned we would have to frequently travel back and forth to Atlanta during the process. We found that this was not the case. Trey and his team communicated frequently with us to keep us updated on the process, and recommended reliable contractors to fix issues with the home prior to sale. We ended up using each of the recommended vendors as they were always the least expensive, and they performed the work timely and with precision. Treys team even arranged the work with the contractors so we didnt have to send someone up to Atlanta. Prior to switching to Trey the house sat on the market for 6 months with little to no movement. Within the 1st week of switching to Trey we had an offer and within 2-3 months we closed. Even though my wife, my mother-in-law, and myself have never met Trey face-to-face, his team was incredible, and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable, carrying, and honest realty company.

He gave us good advice on how to move forward in choosing the house that we wanted. He found out what we were looking for and made sure not to push us in different directions. He set up multiple arrangements to inspect the house and make sure that this was the one. Once we found the house that we were looking for, he worked in a very timely manner to get the ball rolling.
