I was beyond stressed with everything I had to do while getting ready to move to another country, but Trevor had everything under control and helped to keep me relaxed through the process while still keeping us informed. I have a tendency to be a high maintenance client and he never once seemed annoyed or irritated at all my questions, clarifications, texts and phone calls. He went way above and beyond his job to help us out when we were unable to get back to the house and the driveway needed to be hosed down before the next day's showings. He came over early in the morning and brought a hose with him after hearing I had already given ours away to make sure it was done. That was such a nice thing to do and definitely not in his job description! Trevor got us top dollar for our house and we are so happy we chose him to sell it. I am recommending Trevor to everyone I know! He is a very skilled negotiator, an ethical real estate agent, a kind and compassionate person and a really nice guy!

Trevor was there for us through all the stress advising us and helping us get out of our own way. He did an incredible job listing our home and the amount of viewing traffic we got was amazing. We were under contract 3 different times, so basically Trevor had to sell our home 3 times before we got completely sold and closed. His negotiations were always great and he reviewed all offers with us honestly. To say I would recommend Trevor for buying or selling a home would be an understatement, I would not buy or sell a home without him!
