The questions we had were numerous as you could imagine, but Travis was there and never seemed to be put out by any of our questions, no matter how silly. He was there when we needed him, but also respected that a lot of the decisions with new construction need us to work it out without his involvement (picking paint, carpet, lighting, etc ..) but we had the comfort of knowing he was a quick call away and could help us with all the jargon as well as the over all process.

Travis makes the experience enjoyable. He truly loves people,realestate and the whole process...and it shows. He knows the market...is accurate in accessing value, on the sale side- getting a good price, and the purchase side - getting a good deal. At one point in the negotiation for the purchase of my latest home, I told Travis I was satisfied with the deal in hand. His response was " we can do better" ... And he did. This is my third transaction with Travis ...without a second thought I'll be calling him for the next one also.

Travis Maley with Windermere Stellar is a real estate agent in which I would recommend to folks that are a serious buyer. Traviss veracity in honing in on your property needs is second to none. You dont even have to know what you really want, he will carefully figure out what your interests are and help you come to a decision without being pushy. Traviss communication and availability to show properties is by far the best I have seen in a real estate agent. Travis is quick to give you up-to-date information on a given property as well tell you the straight scoop about other offers and even give sound advice in helping you compete with other offers.

He knew my wife is going through some tough medical issues and that we needed to list our house as quickly as possible. He made that happen immediately, and we had on offer that we accepted within a couple weeks of listing. He kept us informed of what each step would be along the way (inspection, appraisal, title company paperwork, etc.). Travis was also our realtor when we bought the property 5 years ago. we had such a smooth and amazing transaction with him at that time, that we knew he would be the right realtor for us selling the property. ZillowVERIFIED Travis is a very nice person but did not meet our expectations for service a realtor should provide. We listed our house with him but bought our new home privately. I'm very proactive as a client and felt I was the one doing all the work when it came to suggesting an open house, requesting information for follow ups after showings, and trying to keep in contact about where we were at regarding the selling of our home. I may be a "needy" client but I expect the person I hire to accommodate those needs. The negotiations were a nightmare for us because we feel like there was a lack of communication and guidance. Once documents were signed we heard from Travis less. There was even one instance when he did not return a phone call from my husband. Again, Travis is a very nice person, but we could not figure out what he did to assist with the selling of our home besides provide legal documents. Of course I don't know what goes on on his end when we are not around but nothing was communicated to us so I can only speak based off of my prospective and experience. Unfortunately we will not be referring him to friends or family.

His knowledge was invaluable when looking at houses to help me gauge how big and/or complicated particular repair or remodel might be. The house I decided on was a short sale and it took a few months to complete the purchase. Travis was always returned my call within a few minutes in the few cases when he wasn't immediately available. He stayed on top of all the paperwork and kept me informed/advised on any issues. I am new to Vancouver and I still turn to him when I have questions about the area or recommendations on who to use for repairs etc. He is always happy to help. Travis was consistently available anytime to show what we had found or what he had found for sale. Each time he listened well to the opinions of both sides of our family. For instance the house my daughter and I liked, other family members thought it to close to traffic. So, he found the perfect one on a cul de sac, spacious 3 bedrooms, large play areas, big garage and yard. A good listener, and always calm, never pushy or trying to sell. Simply a great listener, patient with family and also the kids who often came along. Travis is calm and his body language, tone, and gentle personality made it easy for us to talk with him. I couldn't have imagined anything this big going so smoothly. But he made it do just that. He made signing papers easy, coming to my work. I have only good memories of us looking at many homes.
