The first house we were under contract for did not pass inspection, so we terminated. After that she worked hard and got us under contract on our current home. She worked hard to negotiate a lot of repairs and got the deal done. Our purchase was a little different because it dealt with a conservatorship. Tracy communicated with us through all the unknowns. She is an extremely good listener and quickly was able to help us narrow down our choices based on our interests/needs. Tracy is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and about many other aspects of Evergreen (schools, city services, county responsibilities etc.) She is also extremely responsive, friendly, and reliable. As an example of her dedication, we had a small tax issue 6 months after we purchased property which was a result of an error on the title company's part. Tracy quickly sprung into action, called the title company, and prompted a quick resolution which we really appreciated. Review I found Tracy after submitting a request for a showing on a home I wanted to see. I liked that she told me she lives in and sells homes in the Evergreen/Conifer area. Tracy is very easy going, knows her stuff and works for her client 100%. The only challenge I had working with Tracy is that I am a planner and like to know my schedule and what is happening in my day well ahead of time. Tracy just goes with whatever happens and sometimes our schedule would change at the last minute. If you can't do last minute and some changes to your plans, Tracy might not be the agent for you. If you want someone who takes her time with you, looks out for you, works hard for you, is very responsive, and is very easy to get along with, then she's your agent for sure. We ended up buying our new home with her and selling our existing home, and the process that we anticipated taking a few months ended up happening so fast and so easy.
