Tracy and her team are amazing to work with, have been responsive and excellent since the first phone call! After an initial phone call, she quickly set the wheels in motion to make sure we had what we need to have our house in perfect showing condition ( including cleaning and staging). She came to the meeting to discuss the offer price and had done her homework. With a few quirks to our home, she had the data and comps to back up her decision for pricing and a great marketing plan to get it get it sold quickly. She has been great to work with through the contract agreement, inspection and final closing details. Tracy was incredible in explaining all details and provided answers and guidance on every step.
