Tracy is an amazing agent. She sold our daughters house in 1 day. She also helped our son find his first home. We sold our home thanks to her great negotiating skills. She brings a high level of expertise and is a hard worker. Plus she's lots of fun to work with. We would highly recommend her.
1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Contact a mortgage broker and obtain current pre-approval to start the process, then contact a real estate professional to begin your home search.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Pricing is one of the most important factors in selling a home. Real estate agents are trained to do a comparative market analysis, or a “CMA,” for every property they list for sale. This includes going to the property, inspecting the home, neighborhood and everything that will help pin down the ideal listing price. Mostly, this will give the Realtor the ability to “articulate” to potential buyers how the listing price is the right price.
Staging the home for Sale. Your first showing is long before the first potential buyers arrive at your doorstep; it’s actually the moment your listing appears online. The photos of your house, along with the pricing and listing description, determine whether or not your house is considered good enough for an in-person look, or placed on the “do not see” list.
This is why staging your house prior to the photos is so important! Your house needs to put its best foot forward!
Otherwise, buyers will eliminate it just by looking at the photos online. Tracy Boucher will guide you through the staging process to help prepare your home for sale.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Buyers, sellers, builders, cerified luxury home specialist, short sales, foreclosures
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
As a mother of two small children, I was looking for a career that would fit into a busy mother's lifestyle while also building a career for the future. Real Estate was the perfect fit for me. It allowed flexibility while raising my children. It was so exciting to help my first buyer find their dream home, I was hooked after my first transaction. Fast forward almost 23 years and I have reach Pinnacle Sales Level; top 3 percent company wide in sales and transactions as my business continues to grow each year.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Over 22 years experience. I am a broker associate, Certified Buyers Agent, broker owner experience, NYS public Notary, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Short Sale Specialist, Realtor Tech Certified
