Signature Premier Properties

As a first time home owner, the process can be overwhelming. Barbara made this process seamless! Shes very knowledgeably, friendly and patient. So glad we were able to work together to seal the deal! Highly recommend.

I couldn't be happier with how this sale was handled. Selling my childhood home was an emotional process, and having a realtor who understood that made all the difference. Communication was excellent from start to finish aEUR" I always knew what was happening and never had to chase for updates. What stood out most was how respectful Jill was of my preferences. She used my preferred method of contact every time and genuinely listened to how I wanted the sale to be conducted, rather than pushing her own agenda. That level of attentiveness made a stressful process feel manageable. I would highly recommend Jill Garton to anyone looking for a professional who combines strong communication skills with real respect for their clients' wishes.

Donna was amazing! She was very honest on the changes we needed to make to show the house properly. What should be repaired, painted, or removed. We sold the house the first weekend it was on the market at asking price (which Donna Also set based on the community). She created a sense of confidence to the buyers for her knowledge of the house.

Donna was great! We were first time home buyers and she answered all of our questions and made the process very smooth! In addition, she had good contacts with a mortgage broker and home inspector who made our lives much easier. Overall we didnt encounter any unnecessary delays to the process and we love our new house!

It was a pleasure working with Donna. We bought and sold with her TWICE! Every morning I got a check-in from her with new listings. She was very flexible with my familys schedule. We share her contact info with everyone we know who is buying or selling.
