The areas that stick out the most for me about Traci. She is very communicative and provides regular updates on where we were with the process and status all along the way. Very quick to respond which made me very comfortable about the experience. Attention to detail was excellent. From the very first meeting and all throughout the process there were little things that came up, but Traci did not overlook these and she made sure to keep us informed.
