I met Traci in 2016 by word of mouth from a few friends. While I had a preapproval and a house and area in mind, I had zero experience in home buying and my spouse was overseas on deployment. Traci guided me through each step of the process, answering all my random questions and even making sure I could relay the information back to my husband. I had heard nightmares about home buying, but the buying process was simple. I knew when we sold our home in 2024, Traci was the only realtor I would work with. I kept her up to date on the work we did to the house over the years (knowing it was not our forever home) and when we started the selling process, Traci arrived ready with local comps and recent length of sales in the area. She knew we were in a sweet spot where our house would attract potential buyers fast. We had 4 offers in 36 hours and it came down to a Thanksgiving Eve bidding war. I really feel lucky to have found Traci in my search for a listing agent. She really did her homework before meeting me for the first time to present her marketing plan. I really appreciated her down-to-earth demeanor, and I quickly developed trust that she was working for my best interests. I vacated my home for the sale, and she checked in on it periodically to be sure everything was fine, which gave me great peace of mind. She also arranged to have a contractor do some work on my house, and kept tabs on it. She also helped me deal with some challenging potential buyers, and did a lot of negotiating on my behalf. I always felt completely confident in her abilities to deal with difficult situations and people. She was always completely professional and patient in the face of some challenging situations. It helped me to also be patient when it felt like things were going nowhere. But in the end, I ended up with a full-price offer and the perfect buyers for my home.
