ZillowVERIFIED We sold and bought a house through Tracey and it was such a great experience. She went above and beyond selling our home! When we started looking to buy she was searching daily and sending us houses to go view, it was such an exciting experience. Anytime we needed help or had questions she was always available and responded fast. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy a home or sell! She is not only a realtor, but now I consider her a close friend! Thank you so much for everything Tracey Bright!

ZillowVERIFIED Tracey was lovely to work with and helped during a difficult deal. She also is the only one of 5 realtors I met with to get the price right for our listing, something which made us a good deal of money. Thanks Tracey!

I was a little concerned that with the amount of clients Tracey seemed to have that I would not get the attention I needed but she was so helpful and responsive through the entire process. Even before I signed with her she helped me to get the renovations done that would help get the most money from my sale. In the end, my house had over 14 offers on less than 3 days and with only about $1500 spent got me $20,000 more than originally estimated.

ZillowVERIFIED Tracey has been so great and kind to us! She was very patient with us and answered every question day or night! Was great with our children! She has great knowledge of the market, and helped us get people in and sell our home very fast and find our new one! This was our first time buying a house as adults, and we couldnt have asked for a better experience or better realtor! I will never use another, and recommend her to anyone seeking to buy or sell a home! She will get it done! I have nothing negative to say about her she put us first! Thank you for everything!

ZillowVERIFIED I'm giving her 5 stars across the board because Tracey did an outstanding job throughout the selling and purchasing process. Tracey was recommended to us by a friend who had used her several years ago to purchase their home, and I'm glad we contacted her because she truly worked hard for US and not herself. She payed attention to the details -both for the contracts and what we were looking for - and kept us apprized of every thing we needed to know. She knew the area we were moving to very well and helped guide us on that, she communicated efficiently, and even helped us on a few key points of the contract when we sold AND bought that helped us to be in a better state financially. I can say without a doubt that Tracey will work as hard, if not harder, than most people I know to take sure you are getting the best possible outcome possible. If you're looking to buy or sale, contact her!

ZillowVERIFIED Tracey was very knowledgeable about the Real estate market and knowing the right contacts to get my house out there to potential buyers!!! I listed my house early morning and the next day I had offers for the house and when financing fell through with those buyers she got my house immediately on the market and again within a day I had a even better offer from the get go. I think Tracey is very trustworthy and honest realtor

ZillowVERIFIED Tracey is currently helping me sell and buy another home. She answers any questions I've had along the way and is very knowledgeable about the whole process. She gives her honest opinion and I trust her. I've had my home for sale in the past with another agent, but didn't get many showings or any offers. Tracey has worked very hard and got mine under contract pretty quick, and found me another! I'm also expecting a baby soon and she's arranged closing dates, etc. to make things a little easier. I definitely will recommend her to family and friends needing to buy or sell a home!

ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with Tracey multiple times; she helped us purchase our 1st home in 2011 and then sell it in 2017 (we had 3 or 4 offers by day 2 on the market!) and then she helped us purchase our second home in 2017. She is always willing to answer any question and show any property. She is awesome! Highly recommended!

She was very prompt after we contacted her to help sell our house to come and take pictures and she was very informative on how the process works. Any question we have had during the process she answered very quickly and professionally. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home. Plus we hadn't had our house on the market but for 20 days or so and we were already in contract!

ZillowVERIFIED I chose Tracey Based on all her great reviews online, but I don't think I could have picked anyone better. She helped me find my home a couple of months ago but I am just now getting around to writing this. I was a first time home buyer and even though I did extensive research I was still full of questions for her and she was always very responsive at all times of the day. I know she is a very busy lady but I always felt like she was there to show me the houses I wanted to look at whenever my crazy schedule would allow it. Most importantly I had an issue with the house after all the papers were signed and closed and she was still right there to help me that same day. I don't know if most realtors do that, but it certainly made a big impression for me. Hands down I would recommend Tracey to anyone, she is awesome!

ZillowVERIFIED We have had the pleasure of working with Tracey Bright while selling our home and searching for a new one. Tracey has been more than a realtor to us, she has become more like family. Beyond being knowledgeable, she has been supportive and helpful with the entire process. She goes above and beyond when we have questions or need guidance. She sold our home in less than 3 months and is currently helping us find our "forever home". We love Tracey and will recommend her to friends and family should anyone we know need a realtor in the future!
