ZillowVERIFIEDTonya is absolutely wonderful when it comes to finding the perfect property or house for you. She went above and beyond my expectations and really showed us that she cared. We have used her twice now and both times went so smooth and easy! I couldn?t have chosen a better realtor!
ZillowVERIFIEDTonya was amazing with assisting us in selling our home. We work a lot and we were out of state for most of the time our home was listed. Her best qualities are her responsiveness, attention to detail, and knowledge of the area. I wish was had done the HDR photos of our listing but the population in Lebanon may not have cared. Tonya knows the Lebanon market and I would recommend her to others.
ZillowVERIFIEDWeve known and dealt with Tonya for a number of years, and, in December, we asked her to list and sell our secondary home, located in Lebanon. We received our first offer the first day of the listing; however, on Tonyas advice we rejected that offer, as it was unsatisfactory. In three days, we received two additional offers, one of which was an amount higher than our listing price. All negotiations were handled by Tonya to our great satisfaction. As during the listing process, her advice proved to be very valuable and helpful. Our closing went well, and we soon will be going back to Tonya to list/sell our main residence. Over the years, weve bought/sold 12 homes in numerous states (not a builder - Ive moved often due to employment requirements), and Tonya has been the best realtor weve had the pleasure of working with. We very highly recommend Tonya!
ZillowVERIFIEDWhat a great person. She has gone out of her way to assist us with our situation. Hopefully finding subs home that is perfect for our needs!!! Will definately be using her to final our purchase!!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe had several issues with the home we wanted to purchase and she worked very hard to see that all of our requests were met. We really enjoyed the experience with her.
