We starting looking for investment properties in greater Sacramento region back in 2019 and met Tony a few times and for some reason we were not ready to move forward due to personal reasons. Tony would check in with us regularly to learn if we want to resume the search, he was neither pushy nor put pressure to decide on a property. Finally, in Jan 2022 we were ready to buy an investment property and contacted Tony and we starting shortlisting the properties. Tony would patiently show us as many properties as we would like covering Elk Grove, Roseville, and Folsom all 3 cities within a single day, in fact we covered 21 homes in one single day. Tony provided lots of stats in terms of comps, rent potentials, tax amounts, etc for each property that we were interested in.
