He is truly a seller's agent, and presents a detailed marketing strategy to help you sell your home. Tony recommended an excellent photographer, to showcase our home and the pictures certainly didn't disappoint. We had not one, but two offers on our home in a matter of days. We had to leave the state for our relocation to Texas, but Tony supervised the necessary ( and unfortunately) extensive repairs to our chimney, and provided us with timely updates, leading up to our closing date. ZillowVERIFIED Brian Beatty had sold our last home in Hunt Club here in Charleston and the experience was exceptional so I did not hesitate to go to Brian and his team again even though only 2 years later. We talked and they gave input on recommended prices and strategies...we coupled this with our own expectations and worked out something we both thought might be worth a try as we did NOT have to sell... Long story short...we had multiple serious inquiries and a few offers finally getting a cash offer once again with Brians team....I believe in less than 45 days. I have since recommended them to friends who have also tried to sell a home with no buyers...and then again within 45 days had a buyer and closed when they were ready to give up with previous realtor. Give Brian and his team a try...you will not be disappointed. They will NOT initially list your house at a very high price point just to get your business and then drop it significantly to get a sale later...through my research and experience...the homes sell for 95% of initial listing or better. My last home sold for my asking price... Great experience, great team!
