Contacted 'Tony and he responded quickly. He met us on time and was very friendly and accommodating . The properties were shown with honesty including any negatives which could affect out decision. All details were outlined completely and honestly. There was no pressure on any of the properties just honest opinions. He was able to assist with financing options and was quickly able to arrange for closing on the property we were thinking of purchasing. The properties were located in a gated community and were subject to certain fees which were important when making a decision to buy. Tony was well aware and shared all this information with us. All the necessary documents were submitted quickly . The process was easy to understand . After the contract was signed we changed our minds concerning the purchase and Tony quickly contacted the seller and explained our situation. He cancelled the contract and confirmed the cancellation. We will definitely use Tony in the future.
