Tom was very knowledgeable ... anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property in the Berkshires or upstate near Hudson should seriously consider him. This was a dual agency -- Tom also represented the seller -- something I've never done after owning / buying or selling three other properties. It worked out; I really felt like he had both us -- I bought a house with my adult daughter as partner -- and the sellers best interests in mind. Tom was super responsive on email, text, or by phone. We did much of the transaction work 120 miles away! You must use him!

We last worked with Tom 11 years ago and, as he was previously, he was a tremendous, reassuring help this time, selling our lake house in Western Mass. He was very responsive throughout the selling process, always getting back to us same-day. He worked with a talented local photographer to make our house looking extremely appealing for the listing. He gave great advice about pricing, resulting in three near-asking offers the first weekend the house was on the market. We were a bit nervous about his functioning as a dual agent on this sale, but we trusted Tom and felt that the deal was handled fairly and we had all of the info we needed to make good decisions. Tom went above and beyond several times for us, as our permanent residence is out of state: he was present at several inspections and he even personally installed a couple of smoke alarms required by the fire department. He also has good taste and a great sense of humor.
