ZillowVERIFIED Tom did a great job on my loft unit. I attempted to sell the unit myself at first. While a got a few bites here and there, I was not able to get it sold. I then hired Tom to assist me. He was instrumental in getting traffic through the unit and create awareness of it. He was also helpful in terms of making suggestions that likely went a long way toward getting the unit sold. I no longer live in Atlanta, but if I did, I would absolutely work with Tom again, either on the buy or sell side.

We no longer live in the state, so we relied almost completely on Tom to handle the process, as we were not there do it ourselves. Tom ensured that the property was ready for sale, and oversaw the work done by our handyman to do repairs, etc., to get maximum value out of the house, but without spending too much (i.e., he made sure that we would get back out whatever money we had to put into the house to get it ready). He was also very much in touch with the historical and current pricing of comparable homes in the area, so we were very comfortable that we would get the most out of the property when we sold it. All in all, it was a very easy experience for us, and we felt utterly at ease the whole time, as we felt that Tom was looking out for us. I would 100% recommend Tom based on our experience with him.
