ZillowVERIFIED I almost ended up in financial ruin.My credit was affected, so were my plans this summer.I intended to sell a house in order to pay for a few things in the early spring, while I wait for a few other projects to manifest.The market was hot in the Tri-Cities, but I even compromised at selling the house below appraisal. After many months, hefinally found a buy. The buyer was patient, though Todd keptsending me buyer request after request, insisting I sign them.I was strapped for cash, so I continued to decline. The buyer stillwanted the house. Todd called a company with my permission to check out the sewer system, I paid them promptly. Though, I called them 3 times for a receipt and work order, but I never received one.They said everything was working fine.Right after I kicked out my tenants, Todd called a company WITHOUT my permission and sent a $505 bill to me foranother inspection of the sewage. The sewer was in workingorder, but there was a drainage problem...he told me we needto wait for a bid to connect to the city sewer. It would be $4500...After waiting a few months for a bid....with an empty house and no wayto pay the mortgage, he finally got one for $17,500. Todd wouldn't answer my emails or rarely take a call from me.I finally found a cash buyer on FB to bail me out. I wanted moreequity initially, but throughout this process, Todd said you'll get20K...then 15K....now I ended up with just 5K....Todd couldn't take care of this seller, I cannot recommend Toddas a timely agent or an agent that will communicate with you and work with your situation.

The builders realtor ended up helping me through the build. Todd showed up late to every meeting/appointment, pulled over to get contact information for a For Sale By Owner property while we were looking at model homes, and was not professional with other realtors. Would not recommend him due to my experience.
