ReviewTodd kept good on his promise that if I used him as my realtor for selling my house he would personally fly from Washington state to North Carolina to assist me. He was present for inspecting my house to discuss the selling process. He also helped my husband with power washing to prepare our house for pictures. He also had a local partner I could contact in case he wasnt available. He checked on us throughout the process to make sure we had all our questions answered and give us periodic updates.Todd was awesome and I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Review Todd and his team were were crucial in the securing of my new home. His local knowledge, professionalism and clear communication made this typically harrowing experience a breeze with the expert guidance and consistent updates received during the purchase process. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase in Snohomish County. Working in this industry myself, I set a high bar for service and Todd exceeded every benchmark along the way.

Review I started working with Todd in the fall of 2020 looking for a home. When I reached out to him, he immediately responded and the next day I was receiving listings from Todd. I eventually decided on a new build, and he explained the process thoroughly. Whenever there was a problem with the construction, Todd was on top of it and made the process less stressful. What I appreciate the most about Todd is even after a year in my new home, he occasionally reaches out to see how I'm doing and if theres any issues with the home. The tenacity that Todd displayed as a Marine is the same tenacity he displays for his clients. I couldnt be more pleased with my home buying experience and thats in large part because of Todd.
