ZillowVERIFIED I am just now seeing that Toby has won back-to-back-to-back award for being the best real estate agent in the area. I can see why. Toby helped me with the purchase of my first home and made it a breeze. He is extremely knowledgeable, prompt in communications, and goes above and beyond the call of duty. For example, when I made the personal decision to forego an inspection, Toby took it upon himself to come to the home and conduct one himself to make sure everything was in working order. When he guides you through the home-buying process, he is already two steps ahead, thinking and acting as if he himself were buying the home. He will be your biggest advocate. I can't imagine having a better real estate agent in your corner. Thank you so much, Toby!

ZillowVERIFIED Toby is awesome! He is super knowledgeable and extremely responsive which were huge factors in the house buying process for us. Even in this competitive market Toby got us into a new home within 3-4 months of looking. He gives great advice, points out things you wouldnt think about and is so friendly and easy going but also very professional. Jaymi is great to work with as well, we really enjoyed working with both of them. I highly recommend Toby for your house buying needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Wow. I am not lying when I say that we would have been a wreck without Toby! We worked with Toby from South Carolina during the process of buying our home here in Ellensburg. There were so many details involved in the buying process for us because of the long-distance situation and Toby took excellent care of us. If you're looking for a dependable and wise realtor - Toby is the one. We HIGHLY recommend him!

ZillowVERIFIED Toby and Jamie were great to work with. As first time home buyers it was a very intimidating process for us. Toby made sure that all of our questions got answered. Buying a home was a great experience for us simply because we had one of the best if not the best around to help us with the process. I highly recommended Toby and Jamie if you are looking to buy or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Toby and Jaymi are an amazing team! We learned so much about the real estate process and felt confident and comfortable during the whole process. From deciding to list, to the (quick! 4 days!) sale of our home, to the purchase of our new home, Toby was there every step of the way. His advice and knowledge was incredibly valuable and we truly felt he had our best interest at heart. He patiently walked us through multiple scenarios and worked hard to make sure we could make the most informed decisions possible. Without hesitation, we will choose Toby for our next real estate transaction. We would highly recommend Toby and Jaymi to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We have highly recommended Toby Williams to many of our friends. Toby worked with our family as we were new to Ellensburg, and ready to settle in a home. We looked at existing homes for quite some time. Toby was always prompt, very flexible, extremely knowledgeable. We had many questions, and we never felt intimidated to ask. If Toby did not have the answer, he directed us to other resources or he did extra research to get us an answer. Toby assisted us in purchasing a property in Kittitas County, and we have been very blessed by his expertise!
