We bought a house and sold another one mid year. Our realtor was Toby Lim. We are very happy with how both transactions were handled. He was very professional. He was very proactive, responsive and reliable. We strongly recommend him and we will recommend him to anyone who is looking into buying, selling or renting their property.

J helped me buy my very first home. Given how competitive the market is, J knew the area well enough to know how to negotiate with the seller. If it were not for him and his wealth of negotiating skill I would have not been able to close. An important aspect of negotiating was being quick, J was able to set up a private tour of the listing, I was the very fist potential buyer to se the listing. Within tow hours of our tour he drafted an offer letter. Even on weekends his responsive time was less than 2 hours. This give me an edge to close on the listing fast. If you are a first time home buyer in a competitive market, I would highly recommend his services.

I've worked with Toby, Rachel, and the Treasury Homes team several times over the years, both by myself and alongside family members. Every time has been incredible. The 5 stars does not capture the immense expertise, responsiveness, professionalism, and competence of Toby and his team. Their talent and ethic has completely made me and my family reassess what it means to work with someone professionally, and what to expect in terms of excellence at ones work. I cannot recommend this group enough.

Toby and his team did an outstanding job at looking for our new home. He was informative, flexible, professional and very understanding during our whole process including the home search, a lot of viewings during several months and the closing process. They all very quick and clear to respond always. We have a lot of years of experience working with real estate around the world and this was our best experience without a doubt.

Of all the buyer agents Ive worked with in the past, Toby is by far the best! He was extremely professional and responsive. He helped us locate multiple homes within a very specific area and we put offers on them until our final offer on #7 was accepted. He was honest and patient, answering all our questions and guiding us through a difficult sellers market. I would absolutely recommend him and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. We anticipate using Toby again when are ready to retire and sell this home.

Toby, Rachel, and Allison -- and basically everyone they recommend, actually - are the best at what they do. Without a doubt. It's not easy to find a group of people so professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, but even if you are lucky to find such professionals, there are some that are truly exceptional and pretty much born to do what they do. That is Toby and his team. I worked with Toby and Rachel before in getting my own place, so when my father wanted to move to the DMV, I reached out to them again. My impression hasn't changed: it's not often you can say about someone or something, in full seriousness, "this is the best", but when it comes to home-buying, I have no hesitation saying, "this is THE BEST group to work with". Thanks again all

Toby and Rachel are a great team, and you feel that right away when working with them. From the home search process, Toby had quickly compiled a listing of homes that met our criteria and worked around our schedule to tour various properties, providing honest and insightful feedback to allow us to make decisions we always felt comfortable with. During a high-stress closing scenario, Toby and Rachel were approachable at all hours either through text, phone call, or email, providing valuable insight and assistance in dealing with multiple parties. Rachel was also able to advocate for us as our buyer's agents, allowing us to gain significant leverage against some unreasonable terms from a big builder. We found the perfect home and as first time home buyers cannot recommend Toby and Rachel enough! All of their recommended contacts (e.g., lenders, movers, insurance agents) have all been very professional as well.
