Before she even became our agent, Tina was our neighbor, and her helpful nature was evident from day one, when we were moving in next door, immediately introduced herself and her kids, and made us feel welcome right away. Offering to help any way we needed moving in as our kiddo #1 was set to arrive in a couple months. This kindness continued the days/months/years to follow. Even after she moved away from us, that same reliability shone through when we decided to sell our first home amid total chaos and buy a new one about 2.5 years ago. She navigated everything with expertise, from setting a market-savvy price that got us top dollar to guiding us on the most important repairs without overwhelming us on the minor stuff. Her deep knowledge of the local market eased our minds on what to expect, and her negotiation skills ensured a smooth, on-time closing with all documents handled flawlessly. Fast forward to this year, when we were moving out of town and needed to sell our home..again.. Tina jumped right in, and we had it under contract in just two days from listing! Both sales were seamless, thanks to her fair commission rates that felt like a true partnership rather than a transaction. What sets Tina apart, though, is her character. As a combat veteran and now as a dedicated foster parent, she brings a level of integrity and compassion thats rare. She never speaks negatively about anyone, but shes refreshingly blunt when it counts, calming our fears without sugarcoating, and always steering us (me specifically) away from spiraling into unnecessary worry. Even though we knew her as a neighbor first, its clear shed treat any client like family. She genuinely cares about making the process right for everyone involved. ZillowVERIFIED I give Tina 5 stars! I was introduced to Tina through a friend after interviewing three other realtors who left me less than impressed. Tina was direct and friendly from the start, she is knowledgeable, timely, and organized. Tina was able to answer all of our questions without hesitation; she is very confident and comfortable with her craft. Tina provided guidance with regards to preparing our home and getting it on the market, she schedule a photographer who took amazing photos and did all this within our familys requested timeline. She also ensured that everyone respected our home and certain hygiene requests with regards to COVID. Tina managed a biding war and sold our home for well over asking after only two days of being on the market. Beyond that, Tina also had to deal with a very aggressive and disrespectful buyers agent and she did so with patience and professionalism. I will soon be requesting Tinas assistance in helping us find a home, and would recommend her to anyone!

We lucked out and got Tina to help us and what a life saver she was. She was with us for every little hiccup, every "normal" problem that, as first time home buyers seemed big. When we found out about something she was there to guide us and jump in. It was amazingHer help didn't end with just finding a home, she also helped with keeping all the myriad parts of home buying. ZillowVERIFIED Here is my experience with Tina.. I wanted to move out of the city to my hometown and I found a 110 year old Victorian house that my fiance fell in love with almost immediately. Tina was on it! The moment she heard the words "We will take it" she began the process. Which we appreciated because in this market, houses are selling for 20k over asking price and usually are sold within 20 minutes of listing. The bank I went through was an absolute nightmare. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a financial institution. I am a first time home-buyer and was eager to begin the process. I was signing papers like it was going out of style. I just thought that everyone had to have so much up-front costs and headache. After Tina caught word that we were having a bad time, she stepped in and helped us. She reviewed our contracts and financial documents. She was appalled by what the bank was doing to us.After she reviewed the loan documents and correspondence (which is nicely referred to as a tragedy), she found that the bank was taking us for all we were worth. She explained things to me in a way that I could understand and In the end she saved us almost 4500 dollars in upfront lender fees.She is an INCREDIBLY busy woman, but always found time for me and my home. I always felt I had a partner in the process and I think that is a very important subject to hit on here. It didn't matter if we were spending $30,000 or $1,000,000. We were treated like we mattered, which is huge. If you are looking for an agent that will do right by you, will show no mercy in this incredibly competitive market, and has an incredibly amount of insight in this category. Look no further, you found her.

We almost bought a home and Tina talked us first into a thorough home inspection. The owners declined to fix all of the corrections found that we would have had to live with. And she helped us find a new insurance company as our old one wanted a huge increase. Her contacts are pretty extensive. I wasnt the easiest customer to work with - for example, I saw at least 20 houses before I found what I was looking for. Tina was patient and dependable throughout the entire process. She was there when I needed her every single time! Her follow through is very hard to find, trust me I went through 2 agents before finding her.
