ZillowVERIFIED I just can't say enough great things about Tina Perry!! I met her 6 years ago when she sold my first house.....in 1 day!! She is very professional and lets you know what is going on every step of the way. She is so knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with when selling a home, which can be stressful at times. I had a custom home built after that and called Tina when I decided that I wanted to downsize.....she was there with her kind smile, ready to go work and sold that home in a matter of weeks! She is an awesome realtor!! I have recommended her several times and will call her the next time I buy or sell a home!! Thanks for everything Tina!!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I bought our first house in November 2018. Tina Perry was our real estate agent who helped us navigate the whole process, every step of the way. Tina is dedicated, patient, knowledgeable, personable, and professional. She truly cares for your best interest, which we witnessed first-hand through everything she did for us. Tina listened to our needs, dreams, and concerns, and actually made the process smooth and fun. She worked hard to provide us with lists of homes, and was flexible in her schedule to see them in short notice. She knows what to be aware of when stepping into a home, and she will honestly tell you what is good in a house, and anything bad she's seeing. When it came to putting an offer on a home, she was quick to get everything in, making our offer and all negotiations a priority. She is keen and negotiates very well. Tina also has a wonderful network of professionals she recommends for services needed along the way. We knew we could trust her recommendations because she walks and talks with integrity. Our experience in buying our first home was incredible, and we are grateful to Tina for that. We will definitely partner with her in our future real estate endeavors.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina Perry stands in a class of her own. She is the very best realtor I could have ever hoped to fine. She not only is a total professional but she is also very knowledgeable and just "knows her stuff". I found that Tina would make suggestions that make a traumatic situation tolerable. Tina, as I said, was the consummate professional, and also a wonderful person. Selling a house not only calls for expertise, but understanding and Tina goes overboard with both. She listens and doesn't try to push, she understands and makes suggestions. If I had to rate all the realtors I have ever dealt with, Tina Perry is #1. If you need a realtor, use Tina and you will not be disappointed EVER.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina was a great realtor, she went above and beyond. She not only answered all our questions she made sure she asked us questions to make sure we understood all the processes. She looked until she found us the perfect home and our house was only on the market 8 hours when it sold. I would recommend Tina to anyone buying or thinking of putting their property on the market.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina went above and beyond to assist us on selling our home. She eased much of the process by liaising with the banks and reporting promptly to us any and all updates. Tina also provided insight on processes during execution for ease-of-mind and illustrated very professional conduct throughout the lifecycle of this sale. THANK YOU to Tina and all of her hard work. My wife and I would absolutely recommend Tina's services to anybody purchasing/selling real-estate.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina was a great help! Not only did she help my wife and I to find a home, she really went to bat for is with the seller. For example, when the seller tried to drag his feet, which would have caused issues with our mortgage, Tina convinced him to close on time with us. Tina is very helpful, energetic, and just great to work with!

ZillowVERIFIED Tina has helped me tremendously with my home search and purchase. She has also sold a home for my sister & brother- in law. Our journey with Tina started about 6 years ago, when my daughter was fortunate enough to have Tina as her agent in buying a home. We would, all of us, absolutely refer her to any one either selling or buying.a home. She made me so comfortable as a 1st time buyer on my own. I had so many questions & was very stressed about it all. Tina answered every question & helped me so that I was able to just relax & enjoy the process. I appreciate everything she did for me.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina is one of the BEST realtors we have ever had, hands down. She is AWESOME, knows the area very well, and was a pleasure to work with. We have and will continue to recommend her to all of our friends. She is kind, honest, and generous. She listened to what we wanted, used her experience to point out issues that we might need to have addressed, and was incredibility professional. Even after our sale, we still maintain contact with her and consider her one of our friends. She understands the military lifestyle very well and understands the ins and outs of military moves. We continue to use her services to help us vet tenants for our rental house. If you choose her as your relator, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!! SHE'S AWESOME!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Tina was great, she helped us realize that we could afford a home (for a smaller mortgage than what we were paying in rent!) and assisted us with finding a home, figuring out a loan that fit our budget, and was just extremely helpful throughout the entire process. As first time home buyers, she was always willing (and able) to answer all of our many, many questions. I would recommend her to anyone looking to rent or buy!

ZillowVERIFIED We went through quite a few realtors looking for a house to rent, and Tina was the only one we felt understood our needs(and us!). As we continued to look at houses with her, she helped us realize that we would actually save money, and could afford to buy a house! She explained things to us in simple terms (we're young adults with no buying experience what so ever), and in the end she found us the perfect place! I recommend her to everyone!

ZillowVERIFIED We looked for 4 months and Tina was so very patient with us. She could read both my husband and I and knew when one of us didn't like something. She wanted both of us to like what we were looking at. Tina found us the perfect home that we both liked. Really liked! We love our new home and if it wasn't for Tina's patience, knowledge and professionalism we would not be in this beautiful home. We really appreciate everything she has done for us and she will definitely be the one we go to when its time for us to move again. Many thanks to Tina!

ZillowVERIFIED Tina is as SPECTACULAR Agent. She helped my wife and I locate a perfect property for our needs. She discussed our needs and requirements for a home and walked us through the available listings to weed out the unsuitable properties. Once we had a list of possible properties, she worked with us to visit each one and evaluate it properly. Once we did decide on a specific home, she helped us determine the proper amount to offer for the home. As this was a short sale, that was a VERY IMPORTANT part of the process. During the negotiation process, she made sure we understood each step and what was happening. Tina provided invaluable advice and guidance during the entire purchasing process, even assisting us in determining the proper counter offer to the back. We are very appreciative of the work that Tina did for us. We HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a home!

ZillowVERIFIED My experience was good with Tina, considering the roller coaster of events happening on my end. She was patient and worked with us on the ups and downs that can happen with putting offers on homes and losing out to the next best bid, etc. At times ready to throw in the towel, frustrated, but she kept us moving. It was a learning experience and we're glad to have had a realtor like her to help us with this lifetime investment.
