The 5 star reviews on here are not just fluff--Tim is legit and Id choose to work with him again to buy/sell a house without hesitation.Because I was moving from out of state to the ATL area, I did not know of any good realtors or have any recommendations from a friend. After researching the internet and reading over a few of Tims reviews, I decided to reach out to him and I got a good feeling about him after we talked on the phone. Due to my situation, I had 3 days to fly in town and find a place and Tim blocked off those days (one of which was his birthday) specifically to help me out. After we found a spot that I liked, he immediately got the ball rolling.When it comes down to it, Tim exceedingly met the 4 qualities that I was looking for in a realtor: 1) Communication, 2) Competency, 3) Connection, 4) Commitment.Communication: Tim was a straight shooter and spelled everything out. When I asked for his opinion, he gave me the truth whether it was what I wanted to hear or not. He was detailed and walked me through everything I needed to know.Competency: Tim is a learner and he knows his craft. I definitely got the vibe from him that hes not going to get caught not knowing something more than once.Connection: Tim did a really good job of validating my concerns and looking into solutions. He definitely worked to make sure he and I were on the same page, and I believe that he not only communicated my words but also my tone/stance when working with the sellers realtor.Commitment: Tims availability was top-notchaEUR"he had a quick turn around on paperwork, answering questions, etc. I also felt like I was always a priority even though I knew he was simultaneously working with other clients.In summary, I had a good experience and I highly recommend Tim to anyone who is looking to buy/sell a house in the ATL area.

Even when viewing houses, he lets you go in, take all the time you need and really discuss the good, the bad and the ugly of the houses. He is available for any concerns that may come up.
