Hello, and thank you for checking out my profile. A little about me: I live and work in Jefferson County Washington However, I do a lot of business in Clallam, Mason and Kitsap Counties. I am licensed throughout the State of Washington. My wife and I live in the Rural Country side where we enjoy the quiet and the company of our numerous fur and feather family members. I was once involved in community theater in Port Townsend. I have been involved in over 13 productions ranging from Shakespeare to English murder mysteries to local satire. I have a background in construction and trucking as well as FEMA Work and most recently Social Work to adults with disabilities. I have found that I enjoy helping others and making what seems impossible to be possible. I was first involved in real estate in 1995. The study of real estate got me interested in legal studies. After two years of real estate in Port Townsend I began my endeavors into higher education which lead to Doctoral Degree in Jurisprudence. After several years in legal work I opened Mortgage Masters Real estate Services in Lake County, Ca. In that office I handled both finance and real estate brokerage. I gained a thorough knowledge of real estate finance and later worked as account executive for a very large wholesale lender. The highlights in my work have been where I helped others get ahead and where I have taken something complicated and made it easy.
