We are so lucky that Tim was our real estate agent for the sale of our home in Port Townsend, WA. We live in Southern California so most of the transactions were done remotely and Tim filled in the gap and provided extra help because we were so far away! He really went beyond what a real estate agent generally provides and helped with contractors to make repairs, gardeners to update the yard, hauled trash to the dump, etc. We could not have sold our home without his extra assistance. On top of the leg work he provided, we could trust him 100%. He kept us informed of the progress in getting our home ready to sell and his real estate advice and knowledge was invaluable. He is also a great communicator and we talked very frequently every step of the way. My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend Tim Horvath! Tim sold the last parcels of my grandmothers trust. They were last because they were the most challenging. He did a great job after figuring out how to communicate with 5 different people with varying knowledge on real estate. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

Tim did a fantastic job helping us find our home. He was patient with our indecisiveness and never made us feel like a burden. He continually told me that I will know when it is our house. If we could give Tim 6 stars we would. Very informed, helpful, encouraging and fun! Good connections in our community, rapid responses and calm. Ours was not a high ticket listing, but he treated us like it was. No hurdle too big for Tim!

Tim did an excellent job on a difficult sale. He listened to what our needs were and responded accordingly. This parcel had been listed with numerous realtors before and nobody even brought an offer to the table. After switching to Tim, in less then two weeks we had an offer. It seemed like all the other realtors just wanted the listing and to let everyone else sell it for them. Tim was both listing agent and selling agent and closing the transaction was done in less then a month. We were so impressed that in the future, when we sell our house, we will use him as our agent. We just cannot say enough good things about Tim.
