From quickly turnaround initial offer letter, keeping us up to date on interaction with Seller, to helping me get answer to all the questions I had about the home and suggestions on how to handle finding out of the inspections. In 2017, we used Gilson Home Group to sell previous property, their expertise in staging the home, professional photos and listing description and timing of listing help us get our house sold quickly during the Holiday season. I am sure you can get very good knowledge and technic from almost all realtors, and Tim gave those us also. But I don't know how many realtors can make buyer/seller comfortable, probably not so many... Definitely, Tim is one of those realtors who has something more than just technics and knowledge.

It made us feel confident and knowledgable of the benefits and potential problems that each home had. He also helped draft immediate offers (literally in his car the minute we left a house) so that we never missed an opportunity on a home we were interested in. His wife, Karen, is also part of the Gilson team and helped coordinate after our offer was accepted and during closing . She was very quick and responsive throughout. She also provided a few to-do lists during this period which were very helpful since I wasn't always sure what I should be doing as a first time home buyer. Would definitely recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED not a good realtor. he couldn't sell my house for 6 month. not helpful. he doesn't care anything beside his profit. he brings people who does have bad credit .. just cant believe what he have done for me... he shows up only 1day. this is is not showing the property to customer. lack of information for showing and selling house. tim not trying hard enough to convince the buyer. he will try to convince you to sell your house cheaper than what the market is. that's how they work. never trust this guy.
