In 2017, we used Gilson Home Group to sell previous property, their expertise in staging the home, professional photos and listing description and timing of listing help us get our house sold quickly during the Holiday season. ZillowVERIFIED I have been working with Claire all year, and I'm sure I was not an easy client. This last year has seen an incredibly aggressive sellers market. Houses would disappear from the market the day after being listed. That made things even harder for a first time home buyer like me, but Claire stuck with me through the whole thing. When there was a house we needed to see quickly she would get us in to see it. When we found a house we wanted to offer on, she gave us good advice about how to write a strong offer on it. When it was time to move on a house she burned the midnight oil (sometimes literally working with us until midnight) to make sure our offer got in fast enough to be considered. It was a difficult market for a buyer, but I would be happy to work with Claire again!

While at showings, she knew exactly what to look for to help us assess properties. When it came time to make an offer, she was honest about what we would need to do to make our offer "the one." She reached out to the seller's agent to give us an edge over other buyer's. Her guidance made all of our offers stand out! Her negotiating skills are amazing - we worked with a few difficult sellers and nothing phased her! Lastly, Claire was incredibly supportive. Finding a home can be stressful and overwhelming and sometimes, expecially if you're a picky buyer (like I was), having an agent support your choices makes finding a home much easier. At no point did we feel our needs were getting in the way of her making a sale. We definitely came first! Claire will be our life-long realtor!

Claire was always available to take us on showings, and was always on time (or early) for them. She was available via phone/email at all times, and if we had questions or requests, she always got back to us extremely quickly. When it came time to put an offer in on a house, she gave us great advice and negotiated the selling price down quite significantly. She kept us updated on everything that was happening before we closed and was on top of everything that needed to be done. We closed on our home last Thursday, and we have Claire to thank for it. ZillowVERIFIED Claire is absolutely amazing. I am a person who freaks out easily. Claire had such control over everything and was so knowledgeable I didn't freak out once. Both homes we put offers in Claire was able to tailor the offers in a way that both were accepted! Claire responds very quickly to emails, calls and texts. There were times I would email her with a list of 5 houses to go see and she would have appointments set up for them the next day. When looking at houses Claire was quick to point out potential problems for appraisals but never once did she try to sway me to walk away from a house or purchase a house. Claire left it completely to me and there was absolutely no pressure! She saved me from buying a house that had huge foundation issues that would have taken thousands of dollars to fix all because she noticed something small in the basement. During the processing the other title company was not giving the lender the proper documents. Claire took it upon herself to email and call the other title company and gave the specific documents with what we needed to close on time. She is the reason we were able to close so quickly. I work for a mortgage company. I understand this business and I am incredibly picky. Claire is the by far the best relator I have ever met. I have also referred her to other co-workers that had been looking for months, once they switched to Claire they found a house within a week and had an offer accepted.

We changed our target halfway, from one city to another city, and from condo to single family house. Yet Claire was very patient in the process and explained the pros and cons of different properties. We almost meet each other every week for three months. She is responsive to our questions and inquiries on house info., subdivision and viewing of properties.
