Tim Stempkowski

As a native Arizonan, I have grown to love and appreciate all that Arizona has to offer its residents. Living in South Scottsdale, Central Phoenix, and Peoria at different points in my life, I have witnessed firsthand a tremendous amount of growth and change in here and I don't think I could ever see myself living anywhere else. Now raising my own family in Peoria, which includes my wife and two toddler boys, I find an enormous amount of joy in being a part of this community and helping other families establish their roots, as well. Walking my clients through the process of a home purchase or sale is something I take a lot of pride in and very seriously. Whether it is buying or selling, there isn't anyone out there that will care more than I will to make sure you get what you need, how you need it, and when you need it!
