My Home Group

He was very accommodating and knowledgeable and was also friendly and shared his true authentic self and helped made the process smooth and enjoyable! I would and will continue to recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home especially first time home buyers. He did not just feel like my realtor he feels like a friend.

We didnt have a local realtor and wanted to see a home. Tim was the first to respond to our request and showed us the house right away. Not only did we find a house but a realtor too. He helped us navigate the process and it couldnt have gone smoother. He negotiated and represented us well and would definitely use him again. Thanks a million, Tim!

Tim was great to work with, we really appreciated everything he did for us! He was always easy to get ahold of when we had questions. He kept us well informed of the next steps and he kept the process moving along in a timely manner. A friend recommended him to us and boy are glad we had him on our team! He truly made the process an enjoyable experience! Thank you, Dan and Gina

aEURoeTim Stempkowski was amazing to work with from start to finish. I was only in the Sun City area for a few days, and he still managed to help me find the perfect place and keep the entire process on track while I was 2,000 miles away. His communication was excellentaEUR"he knew I might miss emails and always followed up with a reminder text so nothing slipped through the cracks. He truly went above and beyond, even helping to close up my house until I'm able to get back. Tim is a super agent and absolutely a 5-star experience all the way.aEUR?

As usual Tim is very proficient, organized and caring. This is my 3rd time working with him. All three times the house was sold in a reasonable and timely manner. Tim is on top of the game and gets us the great results. I was just telling someone last night that I couldn't provide a single improvement that could have been made to the entire process better. He held my hand through the entire process, he kept me informed and quickly responded to my silly questions. Tim pays attention to details and manages those details. Best realtor I have every worked with.
